APPOINTMENT/RESERVATION

Oasis Laser + Aesthetics Services are available by appointment only!

 

In order to obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your treatment as far in-advance as possible.

 

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation start time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, the length of the treatment may have to be adjusted to accommodate the next scheduled reservation. If the scheduled treatment cannot be adjusted based on how late you have arrived, you will be subject to the cancellation policy and charges.

 

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS 

(Due to COVID-19, if you have flu like symptoms, cancellation fee will not be charged. We will  give you an appointment after 14 days from the day you call in sick to cancel your appointment. COVID-19 precautions)

Guests that do not come for their appointments will be charged cancellations fee of 50% for the value of the scheduled service(s). (service that you do not snow up for). No-show a second time, a 50% re-booking fee for the value of the scheduled service(s) (for a session you did not show up for) will be applied to your account. After no show on second time, we will not book your service until full amount of scheduled service has been paid in advance. Last minute cancellations and “No-shows”  leave our Technicians with empty appointment times. We may have also had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment time. 

Please be advised that to reschedule or cancel an appointment we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged cancellation fees and no show fees or forfeiting of one treatment. Late appointment arrivals of 10 minutes or more, may also result in the forfeiting of your treatment. If you must cancel your appointment we require you to call/text the spa at: WOMEN 604-649-2200. Late arrivals may have their session length shortened or rescheduled so as to not inconvenience other guests.

 

For groups bookings we require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations.

 

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS  (complimentary consultation)
With respect to no-shows or late-cancellations for a complimentary consultation, a $25 flat fee will be charged. 

GIFT CARDS

All gift card, gift certificate, and service purchases are non-refundable. We do not allow the third party sale of our gift cards. Any gift card being sold by any person or business that is not Oasis Laser + Aesthetics will be considered void. All funds are in Canadian dollars. Gift cards do expire 12 months from the date of purchase, and no refunds will be given.

 

PRODUCTS

All products purchased at Oasis Laser + Aesthetics can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 7 days if unopened, unused, and is in resalable condition. After 7 days, considering the product is yet unopened, unused, and is resalable, we may accept the product for an exchange or store credit only. Opened or used items are not eligible for return/exchange.

 

SERIES OF TREATMENTS/PACKAGES

We are unable to process any returns for purchased packages or prepaid series of treatments. Oasis Laser + Aesthetics will make an effort to exchange the purchased packaged or prepaid series of treatments for an equal value product or other spa service offered at our location.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or with you at all times. Oasis Laser + Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

 

NOISE POLICY
Please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other spa guests. For your maximum pleasure and in consideration of other spa guests, it is recommended that small children do not accompany you on your spa visit. Cell phones must be set to silent upon entering the spa.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND....
On occasion, and due to unforeseen scheduling circumstances, Oasis Laser + Aesthetics may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked appointment(s). We will do our very best to accommodate your needs at your earliest convenience.

TREATMENT PURCHASE EXPIRATION
All Service packages and pre-paid treatments must be used within 6 months from date of purchase or they will expire. (after 6 months, no refunds will be given.

REFUND WITH-IN 6 MONTHS

All service packages and pre-paid treatment must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. For any medical reason, you can not continue with your treatments, you will be charged regular price for the treatment you already used. Only remainder treatment funds will be returned. (For example: you bought a package of three treatments of full legs laser hair removal services for $450 and regular price of one treatment of full legs is $180. After getting two treatment, for a medical reason, you can not continue with your treatment, we will refund you $90. Since you could not use all treatments, it's not a package anymore and you  will pay regular price for each treatment, in this example regular price of full legs were $180, since you have taken two treatments $180 + $180 = $360  ($450 - $360 = $90)).

A medical reason should be in writing. Any other reason, no refund will be given.

 

VIP OR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

Membership is for Women's only and are Yearly payment. Also, these memberships are Non refundable and Non exchangeable. They can not swap with another package. For any medical reason, If you require to transfer your membership to someone else; please send us a request in writing.

VIP Membership will not auto renew. If you wish to cancel it please let us know before your subscription expiration date. Premium VIP / VIP Membership is valid of 12 months from date of purchase and will expire after 12 months. 

*10% discount is only for VIP and Premium VIP members to use on themselves. Can not buy a discounted service for someone else. 

*10% discount is only on Laser Hair Removal (excluding full body treatments), Oxygeneo and European Facials services.

It is important for you to understand that during your treatment at Oasis Laser + Aesthetics we will give you a comprehensive plan to best suit your needs and therefore it is important that you do not use skincare products or undergo treatments at another facility or practice. This is not in any way to keep you from getting a second opinion if you choose. Please consult with your family physician before applying multiple brands' skin care products or trying different treatments. Oasis Laser + Aesthetics reserves the right to discontinue the patient relationship.
